For my part, I want to tell them that I practise the dance, the dance, since I am charmed with dancing since when I do it, I feel very relaxed, the problems they disappear, my mind clears up itself and only I think about things good since I feel how my body enjoys to the maximum every movement and this is very enterteining and exciting for my.

The exercise is vital for us because from it we benefit in a physical and mental way, since if we practise exercise from already, we will be able to avoid complications of health, to short, medium and long term fell like: respiratory, muscular diseases, you will articulate, cardiac, of the tención, of the skin, the obesity etc. A very good option to practise exercise is the yoga and the Thai chi; this one is another way of doing exercise, because this provides to us emotional, mental, spiritual and physical stability, for what we feel regenerated.
